Timelines vary based on complexity, but most take between 6 to 26 weeks from kickoff to launch. We'll work closely with you to define scope and phase deliverables.  

We’ll need access to your current design standards, models, and data inputs. A few kickoff workshops help us define logic, outputs, and key requirements. From there, we handle the build.  Each configurator has its own play book but there are several shared tasks throughout the whole process.

Absolutely. We offer documentation, onboarding sessions, and ongoing support to ensure your team can use, scale, and maintain the solution effectively.  We also have a hands-off approach where your design team simply receives the output of the configuration without having to run any configuration services.  

Configurators are modular. We build them with flexibility in mind, so updates or changes can be implemented without rebuilding from scratch.  The only thing consistent in construction is change, so flexibility and the ability to update product is always a critical path.
